All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order; it only confirms we have received it.

All transactions are conducted in USD. Your credit card company will convert currency based on current exchange rates (if applicable).

4.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices shown are in USD. Prices may change at any time without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales taxes (if any), which will be calculated and added at checkout.

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: We provide worldwide shipping, but due to logistics restrictions, Asia and certain remote areas are currently excluded.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. HOMCOM Shop is not responsible for shipping delays.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1 Return Period

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process. Please request within 15 days of receipt.

5.2 Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

• Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
• We will email you a return authorization number and instructions within 2 business days
• Safely pack the item in its original packaging (unused, unassembled, all tags intact)
• Return the item to us using a traceable shipping method
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange

Important: We cannot process returns without a return authorization number. Please wait for this number before sending any items back.

5.3 Return Shipping Costs

• Returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective products): We cover return shipping costs
• Returns for other reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

5.4 Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

• Sofa beds (due to hygiene concerns)
• Any furniture that has been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
• Items not in original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)

The HOMCOM Shop website and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of HOMCOM Shop or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

No HOMCOM Shop trademarks, service marks, or logos may be used without explicit written permission from HOMCOM Shop.

7. Limitation of Liability

HOMCOM Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on it, even if HOMCOM Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

HOMCOM Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities.

In some jurisdictions, the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not allowed, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
