At HOMCOM Shop, we strive to deliver your chosen furniture pieces to your doorstep efficiently and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship globally but currently exclude Asia and certain remote areas due to logistical constraints.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging (unused, unassembled, with all tags attached).
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Important: Without a Return Authorization Number, we cannot process your return. Please wait for this number before shipping any items back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product): We cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns for other reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Processing

  • Replacement items are shipped once we receive the returned product.
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
  • Tracking information will be provided for your replacement shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Sofa Beds (due to upholstery concerns)
  • Any furniture that has been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
