Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned products must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the reason for return or exchange
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Important: Without a Return Authorization Number, we cannot process your return. Please wait for this number before shipping any items back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs. For returns for other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
- Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Processing
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- You will receive tracking information for your replacement shipment
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Sofa Beds (due to upholstery concerns)
- Any furniture that has been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (will be marked as such)
